About The Position
We are looking for a solid HVAC installer who can handle a job from start to finish. This role involves reading prints, fabricating and installing ductwork cleanly, and working independently on residential/light commercial HVAC projects. This is not a corporate environment with constant check-ins and micromanaging.
Requirements
- Journeyman-level HVAC install experience
- Strong sheet metal/tinning skills
- Dependable and shows up
- Ability to work independently

- Good attitude and solid work ethic
Responsibilities
- Reading plans and laying out installs
- Fabricating and installing ductwork
- Running residential/light commercial HVAC projects
- Keeping jobs moving without needing constant direction
- Working with the crew when needed and solving problems as they come up
