About The Position

HII – Mission Technologies Corp is looking for a Journeyman Entry Controller to support the WB program at Tinker AFB, OK. This individual will assist in providing operational security support in facility management, badging and entry control requirements for access into the customer’s facility and organization. They will provide day-to-day support for collateral and SAP activities in accordance with DoDI 5205.11 and DoDM 5205.07, Volume 1 – 4, including but not limited to Visitor Control and classified meeting coordination. The role also involves assisting in maintaining a computerized database of government and DoD contractor personnel requiring access into the customer’s facility and managing newcomer and security-related databases.

Requirements

3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
Active Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Assist in providing operational security support in facility management, badging and entry control requirements for access into the customer’s facility and organization.
Provide day to day support for collateral and SAP activities in accordance with DoDI 5205.11 and DoDM 5205.07, Volume 1 – 4, including but not limited to Visitor Control and classified meeting coordination.
Assist in maintaining computerized database of government and DoD contractor personnel requiring access into customer’s facility.
Manage newcomer and security-related databases.
Assisting in the management of visitor sign in procedures to include verifying personnel clearance levels in DISS.
Assist with electronic files management, records management and file plan management.
Assist in the issuance and retrieval of accountable facility badges issued to organization visitors, implementation of escorting/visitor policies, implementation of anti-terrorism measures and participating in all real world or exercise emergencies when on duty within the facility.
Assist in ensuring physical security standards are maintained and force protection conditions are met in the protection of DoD Facilities to include providing resource protection and manning at the Entry Control Point for Tinker Building 9201.
