About The Position

Shanahan Mechanical & Electrical is seeking a full-time Journeyman Electrician in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role involves performing all facets of commercial electrical installations, working from various types of ladders, and complying with all company and customer safety policies and procedures. Local travel is required. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States full-time without sponsorship.

Requirements

• Current State of Nebraska Electrical Journeyman License
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work under the direction of job foreman and other supervisors
• Performs all facets of commercial electrical installations
• Works from all type of ladders
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedure.
• Local travel as required.
