Requirements

Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
Pre-Employment Drug Screening, Background and Driving Record check required

Responsibilities

Must have full and complete knowledge of how to best interpret and read project blueprint drawings.
Must have the ability to layout any room or area with NEC compliant devices, luminaires and control.
Must have knowledge and understanding of how to install all raceways and adhere to NEC compliant wiring methods.
Must be comfortable working with your hands and a variety of tools.
Must be able to troubleshoot and repair existing electrical wiring and systems.
Must be self motivated and show great initiative.
Daily Job Site Flexibility – Ability to adapt to daily changes and mobilize to multiple job sites as needed.
Educated on NEC compliance. Ensure installation efficiencies and standards.
Production – Monitor and manage field production and implement paths to improvement.
Quality vs. Quantity.
Best Practices – Improve processes & policies in support of Company goals.
Monitor adherence to current policies.
Safety – Lead by example. Enforce and promote all company safety policies and standards.
