About The Position

Korte Does It All is seeking a Weekend Residential Electrician for a 4-day work week (Friday-Monday). This role is designed for experienced professionals who want to balance personal time during the week with a rewarding career. The position focuses on providing technical support to fellow team members, improving job efficiency, and coaching them in troubleshooting skills. Responsibilities include diagnosing jobs, minimizing callbacks, contributing to technical discussions, and potentially providing phone support on non-scheduled workdays. The role requires utmost respect and professionalism in all interactions.

Requirements

Valid Journeyman Electrical License - REQUIRED
Must pass Motor Vehicle, Background check and Drug Screen applicable per law
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.
Valid Drivers license
Physical dexterity.

Nice To Haves

5+ year of Residential Electrical Service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to fellow team members in the field.
Increase efficiency on jobs by helping to diagnose issues, decrease installation time, and propose appropriate scope of work.
Minimize callbacks.
Coach teammates on troubleshooting and self-assessment skills.
Contribute to tech meetings or group chats on technical tips, product information, or installation techniques.
Provide phone support to technicians, potentially on non-scheduled workdays.
Help provide assessment and feedback on prospective candidates for employment.
Fulfill all responsibilities with the utmost respect and professionalism in dealings with fellow team members and clients.
