About The Position

We are looking for exceptional individuals who want to learn, build, and lay a foundation for our company for the years to come. Are you a highly skilled and detail-oriented electrician who can aid in factory standup, electrical hookup, control wiring and panel building? The candidate we are looking for will have long history of quality job completion, extensive electrical knowledge, and a positive attitude. The role will require working with several teams across the factory floor and strong communication skills.

Requirements

  • Is a journeyman or higher level with 5+ years of experience.
  • Has experience in control wiring and specification.
  • Possesses the ability to read electrical blueprints and work from schematics.
  • Has knowledge of electrical theory and terminology,
  • Has experience working with low and high voltage equipment, 24, 48, 120, 277, 480 volts.
  • Has experience running industrial equipment such as forklift, boom lift, overhead crane, etc.
  • Possesses knowledge of electrical components such as switches, circuit breakers, motor starters, etc.
  • Has extensive knowledge of electrical codes.
  • Has general industrial maintenance experience.
  • Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Is preferably OSHA 10-hour certified.
  • Attention to detail and a strong eye for safety.
  • Professionalism, positive attitude, and the ability to work as a team.
  • Willingness to adapt and make changes and come up with creative solutions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Routing and bundling of wires and cables neatly to meet wiring standards and specifications.
  • Electrical and control wiring
  • Spec control wiring for panel builds.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving problems in electrical circuits, systems, panels, and equipment.
  • Point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O modules, VFDs, interfaces, and instrumentation.
  • Dimension and layout enclosures and back panels
  • Bending pipe and pulling wire
  • Communicating redline changes to engineer/team lead for revision prior to completion.
  • Communicating effectively with all team members, leads, builders, engineers, and project manager.
