About The Position
Rinvio is hiring Journeyman Electricians for commercial electrical buildout work in the Reston, Virginia area. This is a full-time project-based contract role with potential for overtime. The position involves installing various commercial electrical systems, performing a range of tasks from rough-in to punch-list work, and coordinating with other trades on active construction sites. Maintaining a safe and code-compliant work area is essential.
Requirements
- Journeyman-level commercial electrical experience
- Strong conduit bending, layout, wire pulling, terminations, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read prints and work independently with limited supervision
- Reliable transportation to Reston and surrounding Northern Virginia project areas
- Own basic electrical hand tools and standard PPE

Responsibilities
- Install conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, devices, branch circuits, and related commercial electrical systems
- Perform rough-in, trim-out, wire pulling, terminations, troubleshooting, and punch-list work
- Read blueprints, panel schedules, one-lines, and field instructions to complete accurate installations
- Coordinate professionally with foremen, site leadership, and other trades on active construction sites
- Maintain clean, safe, code-compliant work areas and professional jobsite standards
