About The Position

Rowbel Services is seeking an experienced Journeyman Service/Install Electrician to cover jobs in Baltimore and surrounding areas of Pennsylvania and Delaware. This role involves performing electrical service, repair, and installation for residential & light commercial projects, diagnosing electrical problems, troubleshooting systems, and performing code-compliant repairs. The electrician will also be responsible for running conduit, wiring circuits, installing panels, breakers, switches, outlets, lighting, and equipment. Reading blueprints and wiring diagrams, performing service calls, preventative maintenance, and system upgrades are also key aspects of the job. Ensuring job site safety, maintaining tools and equipment, and completing required paperwork and time reporting are essential. Professional communication with dispatch, supervisors, and customers is expected.

Requirements

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license or certification required for the relevant jurisdiction(s)
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in service and installation work
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation; willingness to travel across Baltimore / PA / DE region
• Own basic hand and power tools
• Ability to lift equipment, work in tight spaces, and climb ladders
• Professional, punctual, customer-focused, and safety-minded

Nice To Haves

• Experience with residential meter/panel upgrades, EV charger installs, and commercial systems
• OSHA or industry safety certifications
• HVAC, low-voltage, or controls experience

Responsibilities
