Requirements

Journey level and supervisory level workers
Commercial and Industrial Electrician experience
Ability to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues
Knowledge of local, state, and federal electrical codes, safety standards, and building regulations
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Ability to upgrade and modify existing electrical systems
Adherence to strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures
Ability to collaborate with other contractors, engineers, and team members
Ability to conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance
On-call support for emergency electrical repairs

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings, including wiring, panels, circuits, motors, and equipment.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, using a variety of tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
Ensure all electrical work adheres to local, state, and federal electrical codes, safety standards, and building regulations.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical installations and upgrades.
Upgrade and modify existing electrical systems to improve performance or meet new requirements, such as adding outlets or equipment.
Adhere to strict safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures, to ensure the safety of the work environment.
Work closely with other contractors, engineers, and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment to reduce downtime and increase operational efficiency.
Provide on-call support for emergency electrical repairs, ensuring quick response and resolution of critical issues.
