We are currently looking for motivated Journeyman Electricians for our HVAC install department to join a dynamic team! This is a residential service only position, with no commercial services. You will be dispatched from home in a well-stocked truck, and provided with uniforms, smartphones, and tablets.

Requirements

You must have the ability to engage with and actively listen to customers.
Massachusetts Journeymen License (Required).
Knowledge in low-voltage is a must. (Required).
Wiring of heating/cooling equipment (Required).
Ability to pass criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 certification is a plus.
Old work experience (snake wires etc.).
Generac certification is preferred.
HVAC controls.
Controls, relays, and zone bound.

Responsibilities

Running new electrical feed (mainly low voltage).
Panel upgrade (service upgrade).
Generac experience/knowledge.
Site-visits
Accurate complete stock list.
100% completion of the electrical install check list.
Gain additional certifications and/or skills (ex, generated).
Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals.
Work to continuously grow your technical skills.
Wiring of heating/cooling equipment.
Ability to work independently to complete tasks.
