This is a hands-on residential service role for electricians who know how to troubleshoot, solve problems, communicate with homeowners, and take pride in doing clean, professional work. You’ll be servicing homeowners throughout the Northern Milwaukee suburbs and Southeast Wisconsin while helping establish a company culture built around craftsmanship, customer service, and growth. Requirements

Active Journeyman Electrician License (Required)
5+ years of electrical experience
Strong residential troubleshooting and service experience
Customer-friendly attitude and professional communication skills
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet throughout the day
Strong understanding of measurements, math, and electrical systems
Pride in workmanship, appearance, and reliability

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems safely and efficiently
Install lighting, switches, receptacles, panels, load centers, surge protection, transformers, and more
Diagnose electrical issues and identify root causes
Deliver safe, code-compliant repair solutions
Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
Provide accurate scopes of work, material lists, and pricing
Recommend repairs, upgrades, and additional services when appropriate
Perform safety inspections and ensure high-quality workmanship
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Basic EMT conduit bending and installation
Deliver a 5-star customer experience every time
