Requirements

• Journeyman Electrician License (or equivalent experience recognized in Indiana)
• 3–5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
• Strong working knowledge of NEC and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a high-performing team
• A customer-focused mindset with commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues with confidence and efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Ensure all work meets NEC, state, and local code requirements
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
• Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site
• Accurately track and document work performed and materials used
