About The Position

IES Commercial, Inc. – DBA IES Electrical is seeking a full-time Journeyman Electrician in Pecos, Texas. This position supervises and coordinates the activities of assigned craft workers, interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders, and confirms completion and documentation of project safety activities. The role involves inspecting the quality and quantity of finished work, analyzing and resolving work problems, and performing other duties as directed by a supervisor. The Journeyman Electrician must be able to work from all types of ladders and comply with all company and customer safety policies and procedures. Travel may be required.

Requirements

5 or more years recent commercial electrical field experience
Current state Electrical Journeyman license
OSHA 10 or ability to obtain
Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check
Successfully pass MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers
