About The Position
Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is seeking a Journeyman Electrician with WA & ID Cards to join their team. Since 2000, Mainstream has been a leading service company in the Spokane metro area, known for its top-notch service and outstanding customer service. This role involves delivering high standards of service with strong customer communication, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical components of HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC equipment, electrical circuits, controls, and be comfortable reading blueprints and technical diagrams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of Electrical Experience required.
- Sales Experience required.
- Highly proficient with Apple products.
- Competent Excel skills.
- Valid Driver's License with limited violations.
- Journeyman’s card (01, or 02) Required!!
Responsibilities
- Install electrical wiring and components for HVAC systems including motors, compressors, thermostats, and control units.
- Diagnose electrical issues within HVAC systems and perform timely repairs.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with applicable codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians and Electrical technicians.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC electrical systems.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Stay current with industry best practices and code requirements.
