Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in the electrical trade.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong customer communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to grow, learn, and build a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems.
• Guide customers to informed, confident buying decisions.
• Maintain daily communication with Dispatch, Manager, Parts, and Installation teams.
• Keep company truck clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Maintain accurate truck inventory and paperwork.
• Participate in the on-call rotation.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and maintain a safe driving record.
• Engage in ongoing training to sharpen skills and grow career.
• Maintain required certifications or work with the company to obtain them.
