Requirements

Ability to pass a background check.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Have a valid drivers license.
Electrical journeyman license.

Nice To Haves

1 year of experience or 15
Ability to be openminded to new ways of operating.
Strong communication skills: You communicate clearly, confidently, and concisely to any customer you service.
Ability to work independently: Showcase your talent in managing your time and making decisions on your own with limited supervision.
Experience in ServiceTitan: View jobs and create customer notes.
National Electrical Code (NEC): Strong working knowledge and daily application according to set standards.
A dual license of of OR/WA is a plus!

Responsibilities

Communicate well with the customer; this is our main vehicle to build trust with every customer we service.
Managing your time effectively - We expect you to be able to properly estimate your time with each install.
In addition to working alongside HVAC installers, you will also assess existing electrical and plumbing equipment to ensure the customer is aware of any other possible upgrades needed in their home.

$50 - $60 per hour plus commission opportunities!
