About The Position

McClintock Electric is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician Foreman to lead electrical crews and oversee commercial and industrial electrical projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive electrical knowledge, and a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position is eligible for a $2500 sign on bonus!

Requirements

• Current Journeyman Electrician license.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical work.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction practices, and code requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Candidates without OSHA 30 certification must be willing to obtain it.

Nice To Haves

• Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct electricians and apprentices on job sites.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily electrical installation activities.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, and materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues as needed.
• Conduct safety meetings and maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and customers.
• Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
• Train and mentor apprentice electricians.
