About The Position

Farmington Country Club is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician / Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. The successful candidate must have experience working on electrical systems ranging from 480-volt distribution equipment down to 12-volt low-voltage systems. While this position will assist with a variety of facility maintenance activities as directed, the majority of the work is expected to be electrical in nature.

Requirements

Journeyman Electrician certification
Verifiable experience
Experience with electrical systems from 480V down to 12V low-voltage systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Experience with plumbing, mechanical systems, and facilities maintenance preferred

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems from 480V through 12V low-voltage applications
Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment and building systems
Troubleshoot motors, lighting systems, controls, panels, and kitchen equipment
Maintain compliance with applicable electrical codes and safety standards
Document work performed and communicate project status
Assist with plumbing repairs and maintenance as directed.
Perform mechanical and HVAC-related maintenance tasks.
Support preventative maintenance activities throughout the property.
Participate in facility improvement projects and general maintenance work.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
