About The Position
Rinvio is hiring experienced Journeyman Electrician - Commercial Projects candidates for commercial electrical project work in the McLean, Virginia area. This is a full-time contract position with competitive hourly pay ranging from $38-$45/hour, based on experience. The schedule may vary by site needs, and overtime is possible. The role involves working on active construction sites in McLean and surrounding Northern Virginia areas.
Requirements
- Journeyman-level commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Strong conduit bending, layout, wire pulling, terminations, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read electrical drawings and work independently with limited supervision
- Reliable transportation to McLean and surrounding Northern Virginia project areas
- Own basic electrical hand tools and standard PPE
- Dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements

Responsibilities
- Install conduit, wiring, panels, lighting, devices, feeders, branch circuits, and related electrical systems
- Perform rough-in, trim-out, wire pulling, terminations, troubleshooting, and punch-list work
- Read blueprints, one-lines, panel schedules, and field instructions to complete accurate installations
- Coordinate professionally with foremen, site leadership, and other trades on active construction sites
- Maintain clean, safe, code-compliant work areas and professional jobsite standards
