Requirements

• Journeyman Electrician license (required)
• 2–5+ years of residential electrical experience
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• A professional, safety‑focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential electrical systems
• Perform panel upgrades, service upgrades, and system troubleshooting
• Run wiring, conduit, and complete rough‑in and trim‑out installations
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local code requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications
• Work closely with customers, builders, and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
• Complete job documentation accurately and on schedule
