I2X Technologies is seeking a Journeyman Cybersecurity Analyst to support ongoing activities for a customer in Albuquerque NM. This position will be on-site and will require an active TS/SCI. This position will plan, execute and report cybersecurity assessments to include network vulnerability verification and validation reviews. Provide support for vulnerability remediation events, report exercise-based cybersecurity assessments, and vulnerability remediation. The Cybersecurity Analyst develops methods and metrics to guide these efforts including scheduling and management of assessment tasks and deliverable documents. This includes providing IT support for the customer assessment activities. Additionally, the Cybersecurity Analyst will be responsible for engaging with the customer, guiding, and leading them through evaluation requirements, plans, executions, analyses, reports, and retrospectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum Clearance Required Top Secret SCI
  • IT/Cybersecurity Certifications: Security Plus
  • 5 yrs or more experience within a cybersecurity role with proficient knowledge in Computer Network Defense (CND) and Computer Network Exploitation (CNE) environments.
  • Proficient knowledge of Cyber Protection Team (CPT) and Mission Defense Team (MDT) employment constructs and operations
  • Quickly understand the customers' overall technical objectives and mission to provide effective solutions
  • Capability with verbal and written communication, customer interaction, and presentations
  • US Citizenship is required.
  • CLEARANCE REQUIRED: TS/SCI

Responsibilities

  • Provide in-depth technical and operational knowledge as related to cybersecurity (CS) and Information Technology (IT), Multidisciplinary Security of DoD weapon systems and their performance in a cyber contested environment under realistic operational conditions, and contribute to Joint Lessons Learned and Retrospectives
  • Coordinate Cyber BLUFOR (Blue Team) and OPFOR (Red Team) activities and observe, analyze, and report mission impacts
  • Conduct cybersecurity assessments including interoperability, risk identification and mitigation, incident response, mission assurance, and exercise mission areas
  • Plan, execute and report cybersecurity assessments to include network vulnerability verification and validation reviews.
  • Provide support for vulnerability remediation events, report exercise-based cybersecurity assessments, and vulnerability remediation.
  • Develop methods and metrics to guide these efforts including scheduling and management of assessment tasks and deliverable documents.
