About The Position

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for projects located in or around Grants Pass, OR. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements

• Journeyman-level carpentry experience
• Strong structural framing background
• Must have tools and PPE
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layout drawings
• Experience leading or supervising carpentry crews
• Ability to perform layout work and work independently
• Strong understanding of job-site safety and construction practices
• Reliable and looking for continuous, full-time work

Responsibilities

• Perform structural framing and general carpentry work
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and layout drawings
• Perform layout and framing according to project plans
• Lead and supervise a carpentry crew
• Assign and coordinate daily tasks
• Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades on site
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
• Work in both interior and exterior environments
