Requirements

BA/BS degree
3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
U.S. Citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

2 years' experience within DoN.
Financial management experience to include financial analysis of business programs (including FMS), development of cost estimates, program status reports, and knowledge of DoD FMR, FAR, and PPBE process
two years of DoN procurement policies and procedures
experience with FMS Case documents and obligation/expenditure phasing plans
experience in NERP, DSAMS, MISIL and other DoN financial automated accounting & budgeting systems
knowledge of FMS financial policies and procedures.
