About The Position
Mercedes-Benz of Tacoma is hiring a Journeyman Automotive Technician for our busy, high-volume service department. This is a flat-rate production role for experienced technicians who are comfortable diagnosing, repairing, and consistently flagging hours in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
- 1 year of automotive experience.
- ASE certifications are ideal.
- Strong automotive background
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately
- Perform electrical, drivability, and mechanical repairs
- Maintain consistent productivity and flagged hours
- Follow OEM repair procedures and use factory tools
- Work with service advisors to keep workflow moving
