Chiron Technology Services, Inc. is seeking a Joint Operations Planner to support planning medium to large scale military exercises. This role involves writing training objectives, scenario development, and exercise performance assessments. The planner will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating drill and exercise programs related to cyberspace operations, as well as developing, scheduling, and assisting in preparing, administering, and executing all levels of exercise training. The position requires conducting in-depth research on specific exercise operations, lessons learned, and newly developed TTPs for the development of Master Scenario Events List (MSEL) or simulation control injects. The planner will also develop requirements for exercise events and identify and track observations and lessons learned from training and exercise events across the Joint Force. This role serves as a subject matter expert in cyberspace operations related to joint exercises and contributes to exercise design and planning by preparing and disseminating products such as exercise plans, controller/evaluator handbooks, MSELs, player briefings, and After Action Reports/Corrective Action Plans. The role involves developing exercise products including meeting notes, mock exercise injects, exercise scripts, after action reports, POA&Ms, recommendations, and planning documents.
