About The Position

SAIC is seeking an experienced Joint Lessons Learned Analyst to provide program support to the Training and Analysis Branch of United States US Pacific Command (US PACOM) J7. This position is located on Camp H.M. Smith, HI. The role may require travel throughout the US Pacific region. The analyst will facilitate the observation and evaluation of exercise and real-world lessons learned for USINDOPACOM and its subordinate battle staffs. They will serve as the US PACOM Analyst for the Joint Lessons Learned Information System (JLLIS), which involves training and collaborating with headquarters staff to document lessons learned and ensure JLLIS inputs are structured and relevant. The position requires attending USINDOPACOM battle rhythm events, representing J751 equities, and delivering briefs regarding lessons learned. Additionally, the analyst will assist with filing reports and maintaining lessons-learned and exercise summary report databases using US PACOM's systems of record.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree and ten (10) years of work experience, or four (4) additional years of work experience in lieu of degree
• Mid-level to Senior Officer experience
• Ability to absorb, refine and articulate policy, plans, procedures, actions, and milestones necessary for efficient conduct of the position
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of the Joint Training System
• Must have an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
