About The Position

The Joint Fires Simulation Operator role focuses on modernizing and creating efficiency within the Department of Defense (DoD) by ensuring systems work in synchronization. The position involves designing, developing, and implementing solutions across functions or between organizations to directly impact the client. Responsibilities include assisting in building scenarios and shaping training for customers in a virtual environment. The operator will derive information from complex military operations and apply data to Live, Virtual, and Constructive scenarios to understand system capabilities and limitations. This role impacts the client by ensuring integration across the organization, with opportunities for learning new tools and skills, and a focus on team growth and collaboration to create optimal solutions for customers.

Requirements

Experience in kinetic strike operations, including planning, coordination, integration, and execution within joint and multi-domain operational environments
Experience supporting Special Operations
Experience with MACE, VRSG, or GRNTS
Knowledge of Kinetic Strike and Close Air Support tactics, techniques, and procedures
Ability to plan and execute various mission profiles to support simulated combat operations
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of air-to-surface weapons inventory with specific capabilities
Ability to provide performance feedback to exercise participants
