About The Position

Like working with your hands and staying busy? We're looking for a dependable Jogger to keep our press floor moving. You'll be at the heart of a fast-paced printing operation—stacking, bundling, and palletizing finished product while learning the ins and outs of commercial web offset printing. No experience? No problem. We'll train you, and this role is a real foot in the door to grow into press operations.

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Comfort working on your feet at a fast pace in a high-noise environment
• Hearing protection required (provided)
• Long hair must be tied back

Responsibilities

• Stack finished books from the presses onto pallets or into shipping boxes
• Keep an eye on print quality and flag any issues to the Head Pressperson right away
• Move loaded pallets to the storage area
• Learn the fundamentals: stacker set-up and adjustment, plus safe handling and storage of chemicals
• Learn the emergency press "stop" procedure
• Keep the press and surrounding area clean and organized
• Train up on the Roll Tender role
• Follow all safety guidelines in the Employee Handbook
• Take on additional duties as assigned
