About The Position

Architectural Surfaces, part of the Marketing Alliance Group (MAG) family, is known for precision craftsmanship, high-quality materials, and unmatched service in the woodworking and architectural millwork industry. We are seeking a Jobsite Manager to join our team — someone who thrives on managing fast-paced, detail-driven projects while building strong relationships on the job site. The Jobsite Manager will oversee multiple active projects across local and regional job sites, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and to the highest standard. This role requires a hands-on professional who can anticipate issues, communicate clearly, and apply technical expertise to keep projects moving smoothly.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED (higher education a plus).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in reading a tape measure with high accuracy.
  • Strong mathematical skills (whole numbers, fractions, and decimals — mentally, manually, and by calculator).
  • Computer proficiency, including laser templating and file management.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years in woodworking, manufacturing, or construction.
  • Prior experience in the construction or architectural millwork industry.
  • TN General Contractor (GC) license — current or previous — strongly considered.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily visits to different job sites across the region.
  • Build and maintain strong rapport with project Superintendents.
  • Monitor site progress against schedules and previous visit benchmarks.
  • Review site logistics with Superintendents and report back to Project Managers.
  • Take precise field measurements and create templates as needed.
  • Identify and report any site issues impacting project timelines or performance.
  • Document site visits with notes, measurements, and photos, and upload to shared team folders.
  • Maintain professional, timely, and clear communication with all stakeholders.
  • Anticipate potential issues and address them proactively.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
