Requirements

  • 1–3 years of sales experience
  • A proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing new business
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Desire to win
  • Strong business acumen with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Possess a creative mind to develop effective campaigns focused on solving customer needs
  • Be willing to learn all aspects of broadcasting and digital advertising to show up as a confident, credible resource for every client
  • Work effectively within the team structure to achieve goals

Responsibilities

  • Consistently prospect for new revenue using client and category insights
  • Upsell current clients across WMAZ's full product portfolio
  • Create custom, solutions-driven campaigns that meet customer needs across broadcast television, streaming (OTT), and other digital assets
  • Build key client relationships by understanding their business needs and competitive landscape
  • Partner with Account Managers to provide seamless campaign execution and exceptional customer service
  • Strategically use station’s CRM software to manage activity, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Represent 13WMAZ professionally in the community and with local businesses
