About The Position

SERVPRO of Chesterfield, Richmond, Chesapeake, and Hampton is seeking a Job File Coordinator for their Mitigation Team. With over 35 years of experience, SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities has been a significant part of the community and is expanding into the Chesapeake, Newport News, and Arlington areas. The Job File Coordinator, based out of the Midlothian, VA office, will serve as a liaison for customers to identify project requirements and specifications, administer and organize projects, and support teammates. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, and possesses outstanding customer service skills, thriving in an environment dedicated to helping customers in their greatest moments of need by repairing and restoring homes and businesses.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
  • Ability to multitask and to remain detail orientated
  • Must be knowledgeable in relevant computer applications
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma/GED

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for clear and efficient project communication with the customer and project stakeholders
  • Daily project(s) oversight to include monitoring status, audit, and work-in-progress
  • Create preliminary estimate using estimating software
  • Review and validate job site documentation
  • Work closely with Project Managers to ensure thorough and accurate project documentation from beginning to end
  • Collaborate and assist with other departments, as needed
