The good faith base salary [or wage] range for this role at the time of posting and hire is $[Minimum] – $[Maximum] per year. Actual compensation offered will be determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for [list applicable: an annual performance bonus / commission / equity grants / signing bonus]. Auction.com also offers a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees, including (but not limited to): Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
