About The Position

In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between employers, community partners, and program participants—building strong partnerships that align workforce needs with talent development. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives on building relationships, coordinating recruitment initiatives such as job fairs and hiring events, and ensuring continuous alignment between employer expectations and participant skill development.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Microsoft suite experience

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular one-on-one or group training sessions for existing providers, necessitating travel.
- Attend and actively participate in recruitment events to attract new providers to the program.
- Handle escalated provider issues efficiently and effectively.
- Address urgent concerns related to high visibility providers, ensuring swift resolutions.
- Offer ongoing support to designated providers as assigned.
- Collaborate with client, fellow contractors, and stakeholders to communicate and implement operational policy changes.
- Stay updated on project details and changes.
- Extensive travel is an inherent part of the role.
- Fulfill additional assignments as directed by management.
