About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Job Cost Administrator to assist with field operations for large-scale electrical construction projects across the nation. This role serves as a liaison between various teams and manages subcontractor pay schedules.

Requirements

Experience in construction accounting, project accounting, job cost accounting, accounts payable, or a related accounting/finance role.
Strong understanding of job cost tracking, project budgets, and financial documentation within a construction environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and nested functions.
Ability to review and analyze large volumes of financial data with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
