Requirements

- Organized with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, accounting principles, and job costing.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively.
- Fluent in English with a clean driver’s license.
- Availability for nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all job costing processes in RMS and QuickBooks.
- Support daily franchise operations in the owner’s absence.
- Maintain financial, accounting, and computer records with CPA oversight.
- Ensure all job costs follow accounting guidelines.
- Communicate empathetically with stakeholders, including customers, vendors, insurance carriers, and team members.
- Monitor subcontractor compliance (safety certificates, insurance).
- Process payroll and timesheets.
