About The Position

Responsible for project planning and scheduling of the daily assembly workflow for the Odessa Branch. Monitors progress, tracking completion of tasks and milestones to ensure that projects are completed on schedule.

Requirements

One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-5 years’ experience in Project Planning and Scheduling.
Quality Control experience and familiarity with Assembly Procedures and processes.
Wellhead equipment knowledge.
Strong computer skills.
Decisiveness, stress management skills, excellent organizational skills, good written and oral communication skills.
Ability to gain results by influence.
Mathematics skills, especially in the area of Statistics.
Solid understanding of business operations.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Practice and promote safe work habits and comply with all quality, safety, health and environmental policies, procedures, programs and regulations.
Coordinate with Sales to determine customer requirements and timely fulfillment.
Forecast project completion timeframes to ensure seamless delivery of customers product.
Monitor production schedules. Input data for completion dates in system.
Coordinate with Inside Sales and shop management to schedule workload and completion requirements.
Monitor schedule to ensure timely completion of milestones to achieve assembly completion as needed to meet customer demand.
Notify management when workload exceeds productivity rate.
Organize scheduling and planning paperwork from pick list to completion ensuring delivery of products to meet customer demand.
Monitor production and shop floor progress to meet planned production as required by customer.
Ensure that all necessary customer assemblies are in the make ready area prior to scheduled time of pick up.
Collect and assess data regarding production KPI’s.
Special projects or assignments as directed by management.
