About The Position

We are seeking a Job Coach to work directly with individuals to assist them in obtaining and maintaining successful employment. This position provides individualized on-site and off-site support to help develop job skills, adapt to workplace expectations, and achieve long-term employment stability. Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Counseling, Workforce Development, Education, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in career coaching, case management, workforce development, or employment services preferred
  • Two years of work experience in human services field, with disability or employment services preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one job coaching and support to individuals in competitive or supported employment settings
  • Assist individuals with learning job tasks, developing workplace skills, and understanding employer expectations
  • Support individuals in maintaining employment through ongoing coaching, problem-solving, and advocacy
  • Monitor individual progress and adjust coaching strategies to meet changing needs
  • Document services provided, progress notes, and employment outcomes in accordance with agency and funding requirements
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of systems development to improve efficiencies and productivity, including but not limited to providing observational data, one-on one Job Candidate training and feedback to supervisors.
  • Assist job candidates in achieving their employment goals; provide individual training and/or job coaching as appropriate; job sites intervention(s), and job site supervisor support and assistance
  • Collect, interpret, and document behavioral data and monitors job candidates’ progress toward supported, competitive employment.
  • Comply with all CARF, CQL, and Goodwill safety and employment and training requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Report outcomes for weekly report.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
