To The Rescue is seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Job Coaches. In this role, you will be responsible for the growth and development of our members with disabilities in their community employment settings. Requirements
- Open availability with the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must have a personal vehicle for transportation of members when necessary.
Responsibilities
- Assist with training and development of basic work skills, habits, and attitudes for members placed in community jobs.
- Responsible for goal development and objectives for members.
- Implement assigned tasks and duties on the job.
- Assist with day-to-day operations and adapting to changing work environments for each member.
- Provide transportation for members in a personal vehicle when necessary.
