We’re hiring a Job Coach to support clients in the Mission Viejo area and surrounding cities. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possess a high school diploma or GED.
Have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between job sites.
Must be flexible and open to working various shifts as needed.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in human services, disability services, job coaching, or special education is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide on-the-job coaching and support to individuals with disabilities in community-based employment settings.
Offer personalized job training and mentorship to help clients meet employer expectations.
Conduct ongoing vocational assessments to evaluate client strengths, areas for growth, and job-readiness.
Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, support provided, and performance reviews.
Communicate regularly with case managers, employment specialists, and supervisors to ensure client success.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and partner employers.
Promote inclusion, independence, and workplace success for all clients.
