The Job Coach will assist in developing and implementing supported employment and support service activities. This role involves analyzing job and environmental needs, engaging in task analysis, and developing behavior management plans. The Job Coach will carry out specific skill training plans for participants, assist with mobility and communication needs in the community, identify and address participant needs, and maintain detailed records of services provided and reports. Participation in staff meetings and communication with supervisors are also key aspects of the role. Other duties may be assigned.
