Participants are placed in community jobs through Goodwill programs, and the Job Coach helps teach basic work habits and attitudes, while assisting participants in developing their goals and implementing assigned tasks. Job Coaches adapt training strategies to fit the changing work environment and participant needs daily. This position may provide transportation to program participants in a company vehicle.
