We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Job Coach, who will play a critical role in making a positive impact on the lives of the people we serve in our Carmel, NY location.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License in good standing
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- A minimum of six months related experience and/or training in working with special populations (i.e.: ID/DD, TBI, elderly, medically frail)
