About The Position
Progressive Directions, Inc. (PDI) is seeking a compassionate and dependable Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities in obtaining and maintaining community employment.
Requirements
- Valid TN, KY, or AL driver's license
- Reliable transportation and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide on-the-job training and support
- Teach job duties, workplace expectations, and independent living skills
- Assist individuals in developing independence and confidence
- Provide transportation as needed
- Document services and communicate with supervisors
- Advocate for individuals in workplace settings
