As a Job Coach, you'll play a crucial role in supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities (I/DD) in their career journeys. Job Coaches provide on-site mentorship in the workplace, providing personalized one-on-one assistance tailored to each client’s needs. As a Job Coach you are also acting as a life coach, working with individuals on goals and skills to help them become not only more successful and independent at their jobs, but in their lives. This is a part-time role - 20 hours/week - must be available to work both Saturdays and Sundays.
