The position is located in San Diego County and MCRD, with open availability needed as the schedule varies depending on caseload and clients' work schedules. The pay for this position is $21.50 to $21.50.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills
- CPR & First Aid certification (training provided)
- Valid CA driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one job coaching and workplace training
- Assist clients in building job skills and meeting employer expectations
- Support workplace integration and social skill development
- Monitor job performance and provide feedback
- Document progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with employers, case managers, and support networks
