Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Strong interpersonal skills
Mechanical aptitude
Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers
References must be able to tell us that you have an outstanding work ethic, are highly reliable, self-motivated and goal oriented with a drive to be successful
Must have good time management skills, be organized and can multi-task
Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Enter orders
Follow up with homeowners to confirm appointment time
Develop and cultivate new relationships with builders
Interact with new construction builders and strive to accommodate their demands
Check for parts numbers and descriptions of parts, descriptions of work completed, customer’s signatures and date, and check to see if jobs are completed or if it is a continuing ticket and a technician needs to return to the jobsite
Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling and manage WIP inventory and returns from job site to minimize inventory investment
Oversee operational activities, to include, but not limited to establishing and enforcing customer service standards and expectations, realizing profitability on jobs performed, and following through on all administrative tasks
