About The Position
TriVector Services, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Mid-Level Jira Analyst position. The Jira Analyst will provide support to NASA's Human Landing System (HLS). The candidate will work with a ride range of technical disciplines and project leadership at Marshall Space Flight Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field or a related technical discipline
- Must have a minimum of 10+ years total experience with 5+ years working directly with Atlassian products (Jira/Confluence)
- Experience working in a technical field while interacting with multiple focus areas or elements
- Familiar with Engineering projects and processes
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements for processes, and determine ways to build/optimize/improve software tools in Jira and confluence
- Provide application support for JIRA and Confluence across the Human Landing System (HLS) Program
- Create JIRA projects, queries and reports as required
- Experience with performing all areas of JIRA administration, including systems administration, application management, change control, risk management and validation and verification for multiple product baselines
- Support SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence users
- Work with project leads to create custom dashboards
- Utilizes design skills to define JIRA workflows and the related screen schemes for complex and high impact projects
- Support and configure JIRA plugins as required
- Generate documentation and training for Jira workflows and processes
- Maintain awareness of Agency Application changes to Atlassian tools and manage licenses.
