About The Position

We’re hiring precision—plain and simple.

If you can run a jig grinder and hold extreme tolerances (±0.0001”), we want you on our team.

No fluff. No chaos. Just high-precision work that matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of jig grinding, precision grinding, or toolroom machining experience
• Experience holding extremely tight tolerances (±0.0001” or better)
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in machining, CNC operation, or precision manufacturing
• Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances and GD&T basics
• Strong basic math and measurement skills
• High attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

• Experience in tool & die, mold making, aerospace, or precision manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GD&T
• Experience with Moore, Cincinnati, or similar jig grinding machines
• CNC machining or CNC jig grinding experience
• Lean manufacturing or 5S experience
• Familiarity with precision inspection tools (CMM, optical comparator, etc.)
