About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Jewelry Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury jewelry, enjoys building relationships with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Jewelry Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients in selecting fine jewelry, and help create a memorable shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales goals.

Requirements

  • Previous retail sales experience required; jewelry or luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with selecting jewelry, explaining product features, materials, and care instructions.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding customer service and follow-up.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom.
  • Assist with inventory counts, merchandising, and restocking displays.
  • Stay informed about current collections, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and concerns professionally.
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding security, cash handling, and loss prevention.
