About The Position

Ben Bridge Jeweler is seeking a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate for its store at Roseville Galleria Mall. The associate creates memorable customer experiences by building authentic relationships, learning customers’ needs, and presenting personalized merchandise recommendations. The role is suited to an energetic, self-starting person who enjoys jewelry, building lasting customer relationships, and working independently or as part of a close-knit team. Fine jewelry, watch, or other luxury sales experience is preferred. Sales Associates develop product knowledge and explain merchandise features and benefits, maintain customer information using company-supported technology, and inspect and clean customers’ jewelry while consulting on jewelry and timepiece repairs. Compensation is $22.00 per hour, plus a monthly sales bonus based on individual sales and store performance. Final pay may vary based on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

At least 2 years of retail selling experience, or a combination of 3 or more years of customer service experience and education.
